Civilian aid raffle, October 2023
Perhaps you have, like me, been thinking lately that it might be a good idea to send some money to the Red cross, World central kitchen or Doctors without borders? Perhaps you already have?
I’ve been thinking I want to do something nice for those of you who do. I looked at my shelf of miscellaneous items, and saw these horses. One big and one small. Painted with blue oil paint and spattered with flecks of gold, these horses are lovely to give to children to be used as toys, or to keep as ornaments on a shelf.
So this is my offering: If you have made a donation to Red Cross, Doctors without borders or World central kitchen during October you have a ticket in my lottery for these horses. This means that any donations made before Friday 27 Oct are viable, and also any offer you make until October 31 is also viable for a lottery ticket. One ticket is 100 Sek / 10 USD / 10 EUR and I know there’s a conversion issue with that, but let’s just keep it simple and not bother with that right now :)
I will be sending the horses together as a set, with a prayer for all children who have lost their parents and vice versa during the last month.
Participate in the lottery by Emailing me a confirmation of your donation, and put “Raffle for civilian aid“ as the topic. I will draw a winner on Wednesday, November 1, and Email the winner. If you want me to announce you as the winner on Instagram you can add your insta name in the Email, and if not, don’t.

Of course, feel free to blur any personal information / send only a part of the donation confirmation to me. Never send anyone you don’t know (not even me!) your credit/debit card details in an Email.
PPS. I want to state clearly that this raffle is meant to ease the life of civilians who are in need of food or medical aid, and the organizations I support in this raffle are active in Israel, Gaza, Sudan, Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan and many other places. If I am on any side, let that be the side of peace and basic human rights for everyone.
