I am an author, craftswoman and teacher living in Södermanland, Sweden. I have a degree in menswear tailoring and have also studied traditional folk costume sewing and textile history.

In the last decade I have released five books; Handbok om Indigo (Indigo - Cultivate dye create), Lappat och Lagat (Mend and patch), Simple weave (Simple weave), Vardagsslöjd and Laga med sashiko. I have also been a co-owner of a denim store. My bread and butter is teaching short classes in various crafts and to carve the weaving tools I call “heddles“ which are a kind of wooden rigid heddle inspired by Scandinavian weaving traditions. I sell these along with my books and other related items in my webshop.
