Shipping, Payment and other frequently asked questions

This little business is a one-woman show, meaning that your goods are often but not always packed and shipped the day after you placed an order. When I am travelling for longer than a couple of days I put a notice in the webshop stating when shipping will commence again, but if you need an item urgently you can always shoot me an Email at Kerstin@kerstinneumuller.com to check if I am at home.

Shipping is offered worldwide. I have two flatrate shipping fees, meaning that the amount of items you buy do not affect the shipping cost.

Why are your prices states in Swedish Krona?
I am, after all, situated in Sweden. It would be grand if I could display the price in your preferred currency, but at this time my webshop service does not offer this option.

What payment options are there?
You can pay with Paypal or using your credit/debit card in my webshop.

What shipping company do you use?
I send orders with the Nordic post service PostNord, which will hand it over to your local carrier (USPS, Deutche post, Poste Italiane etc.) All orders have a tracking number.

I haven’t received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
After completing an order you always get an automated confirmation, and if you didn’t there are a few options for what can have gone wrone. Either you entered the wrong Email address in the checkout, or your order was declined or disrupted due to some technical problem. If this happens during a heddle release however, the issue is probably that someone else added the same item to their shipping cart and completed their checkout before you did. An item is not reserved for you when you place it in your cart - I wish it were, but such is the way of the webshop service I use.

Can I return my order if I didn’t like it?

Any item that does not meet your expectations can be returned. Send it with a tracked service, together with the printed order confirmation, to:

Reasons for return might be poorly packaged and therefore broken goods, the color of an item not corresponding with the picture, or the item not being the same advertised. The size of a heddle being larger or smaller then you expected however is not a reason for return, as all heddle’s sizes are very clearly stated on the website.
